At Jayallwend Siamese we specialise in breeding pedigree Siamese & Oriental Ebony kittens.
We are a small breeding cattery, consisting of mother and daughter team (Wendy & Joni). Together we have been breeding for more than 40 years. We breed for enjoyment and pleasure, and only have a few litters available per year.
Our aim is to produce a kitten exceeding NZCF breed standards, who has an outstanding nature and personality. Our kittens are bred for their temperament, making them a lively addition to your family - friendly, courageous, loyal, mischievous and fun!
These are PEDIGREE Siamese & Oriental kittens, registered with the New Zealand Cat Fancy (www.nzcatfancy.gen.nz). They are different from pure bred cats bred by backyard breeders in that their lineage can be traced and the breeders themselves must be registered and have codes to follow. We have over 40 years of combined experience but do not have a large breeding cattery. We do this simply for the enjoyment & pleasure, which is why we only have a couple of litters available per year. We breed our kittens for their temperament, making them a lively addition to any family - friendly, courageous, loyal, mischievous and fun!
If you live locally, we are also able to board your kitten when you go on holiday.
We will only sell our kittens to good homes, so please do not be offended if we ask questions. Our thoughts, first & foremost, go with the kittens, so knowing the environment they are going into is important to us, and enables us to ensure a perfect fit with you and your new kitten.
We can & do send kittens throughout the country, having homed our kittens in Christchurch, Dunedin, Wellington & up to Auckland with many repeating the experience to add to their new cat family.
All our kittens come desexed, wormed, de-flead, first vaccination (including vet check), pedigree (which shows their ancestors back to great, great grandparents), & our special kitten pack, which includes a full information sheet, food, blanket, toy, pet insurance etc. Wendy also microchips your kitten and lists the details on the New Zealand Companion Animal Register (www.animalregister.co.nz).

He is settling in well he did not want to no me on the first day and kept hiding but on the second day, he came to me when i called him and the
next night he slept with me but now he is sleeping in his cat tree. We play a lot with his toys and i have taken him outside 3 times on his harness we walk around the back yard he is eating well and sleeping a lot and racing around the place like a mad thing, i just have to sit down and he will come and sleep on me.

Grey Collar 958 -otherwise known as Jayallwend Crepe Suzette - otherwise known as Suzie, arrived safe and sound after her flight to Auckland. She was protesting loudly as she arrived at Air New Zealand Cargo until I talked to her and put my fingers through her cage door and she immediately started purring. She is exquisite, a real people cat and her type is fantastic. Although she has not yet been with me for 24 hours she has immediately bonded with me and is intent on investigating everything. Thank you Joni and Wendy for raising a healthy and outgoing girl.

Pablo is a beautiful and active kitten and the second we have brought from Jayallwend. He's as bold as anything and fitted easily into our household, including an older cat and a labrador. The breeders are incredibly helpful and the communication was easy.
